The mission of Newton Elementary School is to produce students who are prepared to begin the next level of learning with self-confidence and the desire to succeed.  This is achieved by providing an apprepriate curriculum which is taught by an innovative and nurturing staff in a positive and caring environment.

Newton Elementary School's guidance and counseling philosophy is designed to assist students in achieving a positive self-concept toward themselves and others.
